Great company to deal with. We had a bit of a hiccup when the technician didn't show up when they were supposed to but Jenny and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and our plumbing issue resolved. Very professional firm, I would highly recommend.

After my back yard flooded during the last storm, The Super Plumber was able to come out in a few days. Ken fixed the issue quickly and was super friendly and professional. Very happy with the service and would recommend!

I can't speak to the quality of their work or the level of their professionalism. However, they continue to text me and update me on a job that I have no connection to. I've told them that they have the wrong number and that the contact info on file is incorrect but I continue to get these annoying text messages containing sensitive customer information.

Super Plumber has been great to us. We had a complicated well water issue that took several visits and a big overhaul watershed system, but we finally nailed the issue and been happy since. Any minor bump that came along was handled with great service and priority. Quotes were accurate and no surprises, lots of documentation and pictures are used to keep track of what was being done too. Sadly Aaron who helped us originally isn’t with the company anymore but that didn’t change the excellent service. We recently ran into another emergency and not only were they able to rush out and help us diagnose, when nothing could be done that day the provided a water delivery so we wouldn’t be running dry all weekend, and arranged another company to come fix it a few days later. I was blown away by the generosity shown that day, thank you!

Ian was absolutely amazing! He was really efficient, and super friendly to deal with! We were in a frustrating situation where we weren’t able to enjoy our ensuite shower and tub, but super plumbers came to the rescue and fixed it up. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs/maintenance!
